Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to ship?

Your item/s will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day as you place your order. Our shipping times for USA, Canada, UAE, UK, Australia, New Zealand are 3-4 days.  Our shipping times for all other countries is 4-5 days.  If you require an urgent delivery, please click here to Contact Us and we will reply quickly.    

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  We ship globally to all countries and territories. Please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. You will see your country listed on the checkout form. 

How do I track my order?

You can find your tracking info in any of these three ways: 1) We will send you shipment status emails with detailed tracking events. 2) You can login or create an account where you will see all tracking details and updates. Use the same email used when you ordered. 3) You can enter your Order Number & Email on our Track Order Status page.

How do I cancel or 

change my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.  If you cancel after 24 hours, it is likely that we will have already shipped it to you, which means we will process a return and refund with you.  Please Contact Us if you run into any issues and we will resolve it with you.

What is your Return, Exchange 

and Refund Policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your delivery to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Books are not eligible for refunds. To start a return, go to our Returns Page and begin the process.  After completing the short returns process, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your returned order.
